Recipes dishes of roast pork

How to cook pork in French:

How to cook roast pork with mushrooms:
- Pour shiitake mushroom with hot water, leave them for 45 minutes. Boil in a small amount of water unpeeled garlic cloves, dry them.
- Rub the pieces of pork meat with pepper, salt, vinegar. Heat the butter in a frying pan. Fry pork from two sides.
- Add the shiitake mushrooms, crushed juniper berries, unpeeled garlic, rosemary, and 8 of Art. spoonfuls of water in which soaked shiitake.
- Reduce heat to minimum, cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Salt dish for 5 minutes before quenching closure.
- Before serving, remove the garlic and clean it.
Swine splint
Ingredients:
600 g pork fillets
40 g fat
1 tbsp. spoon flour
salt and pepper to taste
How to cook pork splint:
- Cut the meat across the grain on the two pieces per serving. Give repel his pieces oval.
