Today I want to present a beautiful and very nice dish - pancake cake with cream cheese and apple roses. It is the perfect combination of pancakes, apples and cottage cheese with chocolate. This way of presenting the pancake dessert is perfect for the holiday feast, and for the usual Sunday tea.
For the pancakes:
