Viennese cakes prepared on the basis of non-solid dough with various berries that are in jelly. I made this famous Viennese cake with cherries in their own juice. My dessert was very fragrant, delicious and perfectly keeps its shape. For the cherry filling, we need:
- 1 jar (500 ml) in brine cherry;
- 250 mL of water;
- 300 grams of sugar;
