How to cook the soup "Ramen":

How to cook the soup "Ramen" with mushrooms:

  1. If you are cooking with dried shiitake mushrooms, rinse, fill it with boiling water for 2 hours. In the same pot, add water or broth, bringing the liquid up to 1, of 2 liters.
  2. If you are cooking with mushrooms, put the washed mushrooms in a pan with water immediately. Cook for 15 minutes. Carrots, a slice of pepper and onion cut into strips.
  3. Fry vegetable oil in a frying pan over 5 minutes, then pour soy sauce, add ginger powder, simmer over a low heat for 10 minutes.
  4. Put the contents of the pan to almost prepared mushrooms and cook all together for 5 minutes. Separately, boil the noodles, add it to the soup, stir, turn off the fire.
  5. Serve it hot with chopped fresh herbs.
