2 cups - milk;

5-6 Art. spoons - wheat flour;

2 tbsp. spoon - butter;

spice "Italian herbs" - to taste;

150 g - hard cheese.

How to make:

Prepare the ingredients:

  1. Clean onions, wash and finely chop.
  2. Garlic chop through the press.
  3. Carrot peel, wash and rub through a grater.
  4. From the sweet pepper, remove core, seeds, wash well and cut into strips.
  5. Tomatoes chop into small cubes.
  6. chop greens on a cutting board.
  7. Take cheese varieties and rub it through a grater.
  8. Pour into the pot two or three liters of water.
  9. Put the pot on the fire. Bring water to a boil, salt. In boiling water lay pasta.
  10. Immediately stir the pasta, so they do not have time to stick together. Boil them for ten minutes, stirring occasionally.
  11. When the pasta is cooked, fold them in a colander to get rid of the liquid and rinse with cold water.

Prepare bechamel:

  1. To do this, melt in the frying pan and the butter in a thin stream pour the flour, constantly stirring the sauce and not allowing clumps to form.
  2. After that, pour in the milk, stirring constantly.
  3. Add salt. Sauce simmer until thick.
  4. In a separate pan, pour olive oil, heat it, place the onion and garlic. Fry, stirring constantly, to onions is not burnt.
  5. Put two or three minutes in a pan with onions grated carrots, and in three minutes - pepper.
  6. Stir the vegetables and leave to brown.

  8. Add the remaining spices and seasonings, salt dish and stir.
  9. Fry minced meat with vegetables for ten minutes.
  10. Put the stuffing in the chopped tomatoes and a tablespoon of sugar.

  12. The filling should not get very thick.

Take the form of baking. Lubricate it from the inside with vegetable oil.

Now you need to assemble the lasagna:
