Rice with chicken and mushrooms in multivarka or how to cook risotto in multivarka, step by step recipe with photos.
By purchasing multivarku, at first I was cooking under ready recipes, but eventually began to experiment. One of my successful experiments in cooking mode "multipovar" - is cooking rice with chicken and mushrooms. Rice turned crumbly, as they say "risinka to risinke" hen with golden crust, vegetables and mushrooms give the dish juicy and pleasant aroma of spices. It turns out a kind of pilaf, which successfully united and a side dish, and meat. Cooking is not only a description, but also made step by step photos. The proportions of water, rice, and other ingredients;
• chicken (my hip) - 450 g;
• mushroom (Pleurotus possible) - 200 c;
• Figure (I have long) - 400 g;
• lean butter -30 g;
• a mixture of peppers - 1 tsp..
• carrots - 50 g;
• Onion - 50g;
• Salt - 1 tsp .;.
• Water - 800 ml.
How to cook rice with chicken and mushrooms
Ready to start with the fact that we need in "multipovar" (if there is such a regime fry in mode "frying") to select a temperature of 130 ° C.
Pour into a bowl Multivarki vegetable oil and chicken fry on all sides until golden brown.
Cut the peeled onion and carrots as you like. I chopped onion rings halves. A carrot long bars.
Mushrooms need to chop slices.
Multivarki obtain from the fried chicken and the same oil fry the onion first, and carrots for five minutes.
Then add the mushrooms and fry all together for another five minutes.
When the vegetables are almost ready you need to sprinkle them with spices and put them on the chicken pieces.
Then, pour into a bowl of washed rice.
Cover with water, proportioning, and add salt.
In the "multipovar" I cooked a delicious risotto at 15 minutes. If there is no such a regime, you can use the mode of "quenching" or "pilaf", but then the time on the timer should be set to 40 minutes.
