I love rice, so this dish I know a great many recipes. All depends on the availability of ingredients and the time when pilaf is served to the table. If you plan to cook risotto for breakfast, you can safely cook it in a pan. In the evening, I prefer to cook a lighter version of pilaf in multivarka without frying ingredients. How to cook risotto with pork in a frying pan
Pilaf pork fit any. I have a piece of pork goulash, where the meat is mixed with the fat layer. This will make the risotto more hearty and juicy. Figure pour hot water and leave to swell.
Pork chop into small pieces. Pan heat up. Pour the vegetable oil. I take the extra virgin olive oil. Put the meat in the pan. Add turmeric, coriander, pepper and salt.
Clear vegetables, wash and chop. The pan, the meat, pour the finely chopped onion. Fry.
Add the carrots and, also, to fry.
The swollen pour rice with meat and vegetables. Add the boiling water. Stir wooden spoon and cook under the lid closed on a small fire.
When the water has evaporated and the rice, by their appearance, will be ready, you can turn off the fire. Leave to infuse pilaf.
Serve pilaf, spread out on a platter.
