In our menu, we have long been familiar dish with stuffed peppers, tomatoes, cabbage and other vegetables. Stuff you can and potatoes. This recipe with photos allows to diversify everyday potato dishes. Stuffed potatoes soaked meat flavor and very tasty. The dish quickly and easily prepared, there is no need to mix, which is an added convenience and advantage. The main condition is to prepare this dish, you will need a thick-walled dishes ideally, a cast iron cauldron.
For the preparation we need:
- potatoes;
- minced meat, in this case the ground;
- onions (a bulb in the ground beef, one for roasting);
- carrot - 1;
- sunflower oil;
- tomato paste (optional) - 2 tablespoons;

How to cook stewed potatoes stuffed with minced meat
Starting to prepare a dish, first, let's start cooking the meat filling. Ground beef, or any other, depending on personal preferences, mixed with chopped onion, salt and black pepper.
Peel the potatoes, wash, large tubers cut in half.
