Chicken breast in a creamy mustard sauce by Jamie Oliver - video recipes at home

Ingredients:

Chicken breast with skin - 4 pcs.

Mustard powder - 4 tsp.

Leeks - 1 pc.

Garlic - 4 cloves

White wine - 1/2 cup

Cream - 75 ml

Rosemary - 2-3 sprigs

Olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons

Grain mustard - to taste

How to cook chicken breast in mustard sauce by Jamie Oliver:

  1. Prepare a marinade for chicken breasts. Mix the mustard powder and half the olive oil. Rub each breast with this mixture and sprinkle with chopped rosemary leaves.
  2. Put a little oil in a frying pan and heat it. Put down the breast skin. Fry until golden brown 7-10 minutes.
  3. Leek cut into half rings and place in the pan with the chicken with one hand. On top of it squeeze out the garlic. Turn the breasts. Mix the onion and garlic to the pan and add the white wine. When the meat is fried, pour in the cream and cover the pan with a lid. Simmer another 10 - 12 minutes. When serving you can add to a dish grain mustard.
