This mushroom soup loved by adults and children. He is a particularly delicate due to the creamy taste, which gives the cheese. It is best to do this with mushrooms mycelium. They are quick to prepare and are absolutely safe - they can be eaten even in its raw form.

200 g of fresh champignon
4-5 medium potatoes
1 medium carrot
1 tbsp. tablespoon of vegetable oil for frying

How to cook mushroom soup with cheese curds:

- Then send to the frying potatoes in a saucepan. Simmer the soup until fully cooked. Ready soup cool slightly and using a blender grind all the contents to the state of a uniform mixture.

Soup with processed cheese and sausages
3 liters of water

3-4 sausage or bacon, 200 g / Ham 1 tbsp. tablespoon of vegetable oil for frying
2 pcs. leafs
salt, spices to taste
How to cook soup with cheese curds and sausages:
