Kapustnyak of fresh cabbage - how to cook bulgur kapustnyak with groats - the recipe with a photo
If your home pall customary for families soup, try to brew a creamy, flavorful, hearty and delicious kapusnyak with meat, fresh cabbage. Instead of the traditional millet, I used bulgur cereal. But if you want to cook a classic Ukrainian kapustnyak, then just use millet.
Ingredients ten servings of soup:
• pork on the bone (in my shoulder) - 500 grams;
• grain bulgur - 40 grams;
• Potatoes - 5 pcs .;
• garlic - 3- 5 cloves;
• Cabbage - 1 kg;
• tomato juice - 150 ml;
• vegetable oil - 30 ml;
• Carrots - 1 pc .;
• luk- 1 pcs .;
• salt - to taste.
How to cook kapusnyak
First you need to cook the meat. I have a knife cut pork bone. With the bone meat is deep cut is not necessary, it is better separated already in finished form.
