Delicious roll in chicken skin stuffed with offal and millet - how to cook a loaf recipe with a photo
When cutting the chicken, I always carefully remove the skin, taking care that it had not broken. Many housewives simply throw away the skin, and in fact it is possible to make delicious rolls with different fillings. Recently I baked in the oven rolls in the skin of the chicken stuffed with boiled millet, carrots and chicken giblets. It turned out delicious. I am pleased to share the recipe, which is accompanied by a step by step captured image.
Ingredients:
• chicken skin (large pieces) - 3 pcs .;
• chicken giblets - 150 g;
• Sunflower oil - 40 g;
• Carrots - 1 pc. large;
• millet - 50 g;
• salt - to taste.
How to cook the chicken rolls in leather with millet and giblets
To begin with, we just need to boil wheat in the water.
Next, clean the carrots and rub on a coarse grater.
Carrots we need to saute until golden brown in sunflower oil in the pre-heated pan.

Chopped giblets in a pan add to the carrots and simmer, stirring with a shovel, fry until cooked.
