Steak with cabbage and cheese in a pan - how to cook a steak with cabbage, a step by step recipe photos
Schnitzel of cabbage stuffed with vegetables and cheese belongs to the Austrian cuisine. The original recipe is only used cheese filling, and I added a vegetable stuffing eggplant caviar. I was pleased with the result and decided to share my recipe with photos and step by step to make the description of each stage to show how easy it is to cook Austrian schnitzel with cabbage and cheese.
- 600 grams of white cabbage;
- 300 grams of soft cheese;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 1 bunch parsley (leaves only);
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano;

For the breading:

How to cook steak cabbage with vegetables and cheese filling
