I want to share a simple but at the same time tasty and healthy red vitamin salad of cabbage, carrots, beets and other fresh vegetables. Vinegar can be safely replaced by freshly squeezed lemon juice. I love pickled onions in the sumac spice, which is actively used in Oriental cuisine. - 400 g fresh cabbage;
- 1 large carrot;
- 1 medium-sized beets;
- 1 bell pepper;
- 1/2 pieces, onion.;
- 1/4 tsp spice sumac (optional);
- 1 bunch parsley (leaves only);
