Puff with meat puff pastry - how to make puff pastry with minced meat in the oven, with a step by step recipe photos
I propose a very simple and quick option of baking from purchased puff pastry. Ready-made puff pastry - it's such a variety of creative, so children are often happy to take part in the cooking process. Today, my son offered to make "bags" stuffed with meat than we do. It turned out very interesting, original and incredibly tasty. And most importantly, that all had to do less than one hour, even a photo, showing step by step cooking. So, we need:
- puff pastry (ready) - 200 gram;
- minced meat - 100 gram;
- spices (coriander, pepper) - to taste;
- salt - 0, 5 teaspoons;.
- water (boiled) - 1 tsp;.
- vegetable oil - 0, 5 teaspoons;.
- wheat flour in / s - to work with the dough.
How to make puff pastry with minced meat in the oven
Preparation of the meat stuffing of minced meat will not take long. It should be in a deep bowl, mix the minced meat, favorite spices, salt and warm boiled water. All mix and meat filling for puffs ready. Just a couple of minutes.
