I continue to experiment with pizza and and puff pastry. Now, instead of a closed pizza, made a mini-pizza. The family took the idea with enthusiasm and looking forward to his mother's pastries. Mini pizza puff pastry with sausage, cheese and carrots sold out instantly. I share a very simple and quick recipe for how to pamper their loved ones delicious pastries. So, we need:
- puff pastry (ready) - 200 gram;
- Carrots - 1 pc;
- sausage (smoked) - 200 gram;
- hard cheese - 200 gram;
- sauces (mayonnaise, ketchup) - to taste;
- flour - to work with the dough.
How to make a mini-pizza puff pastry at home
Rectangle dough roll as to obtain a layer thickness of not more than 2-3 millimeters. Prepare a bowl shape or a small diameter, for making mini-pizzas. I usually have a bowl with a diameter of about ten centimeters. Cut circles.
For the filling grate the carrots and cheese on a grater with small holes. Cut sausage in small slices.
On the slices of puff pastry put sauces: ketchup and mayonnaise.
Grease the surface of the dough sauce to baked goods was juicy. Sprinkle carrots, sausage.
Transfer the mini-pizzas on a baking sheet with parchment. Sprinkle with cheese.
Send a baking sheet with mini-pizzas in the oven for baking (temperature 175 degrees, 15-20 minutes baking time).
