How to prepare:

  1. Clean the oyster mushrooms, a little dry, cut into medium-sized pieces.
  2. Peel the onions, cut them into cubes. Put a pan on a medium heat, pour oil when it is heated, fry onions for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the prepared mushrooms, salt and pepper. Mix well and fry the oyster mushrooms for 10 minutes before they are ready. At the end put the sour cream, stir well and hold the dish on the heat for a few minutes.

flour - 200 gr

Eggs - 2 pcs

salt, spices - to taste

How to cook:

water - 1 cup

sugar - 2 tsp.

Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons

Salt - 2 tsp.

vinegar - 2 tbsp. spoons

How to prepare:

  1. Fresh oyster reassemble, wash, cut into pieces, put in a saucepan.
  2. Prepare the marinade. Mix the vinegar, oil, salt and sugar with water, pour into the pan with the mushrooms and place on medium heat.
  3. As soon as the water boils, reduce heat to a minimum, remove the foam and cook for 7-10 minutes.
  4. Put the finished oyster in a jar, pour the hot marinade and allow to cool at room temperature. Then place the mushrooms on a day in the refrigerator. Serve with onion and vegetable oil.
