Risotto with vegetables
Risotto with vegetables - hearty and healthy dish of rice, which, along with pizza or spaghetti, business card serves Italian cuisine. This recipe does not contain the usual for this dish of meat, fish or other seafood. It was only rice and vegetables.
How to cook risotto with vegetables
Carrots, green onion and cleaned, washed and cut into small cubes. Chopped onion fry until golden brown and add the boiled rice to half readiness.
Adding water (optionally meat or vegetable broth), spices, carrots, onions and gently mix. We warm up on a low heat for 15 minutes.
Add the peas and no longer stirring, warm up for 10 minutes.
