I love to cook dishes from the liver. Especially when in the hands of a fresh, warm liver of a young calf, that is impossible to resist and start to create. So, we need:
- beef liver (bovine) - 250 gram;
- hard cheese - 50 grams;
- sour cream - 45 grams;
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- wheat flour in / s - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- bottled water - 2-3 Art. spoons;
- spices (Provence herbs, black pepper pier, bay leaf.) - to taste;

- parsley - 1 sprig (for decoration).
How to cook the liver with sour cream and cheese in a pan
Starting to cook, the first step is to choose a piece of fresh beef liver. I have a young calf liver, that's just a plus, because it is prepared quickly.
Prepare the required spices (herbs olive, ground black pepper, bay leaf) and a salt thereof. Cut the liver into small pieces as shown in the photo.
It should be gently beat off the liver special kitchen hammer. Sprinkle Provence herbs, salt, pepper. Leave on for ten minutes, to the liver absorbed the aroma of herbs and salt.
Prepare a container of flour. Roll each piece in flour.
