I love Italian food, which is famous not only pizza and pasta, but my favorite dish - risotto. This rice dish, combined with mushrooms or seafood, just can not leave anyone indifferent. My recipe for risotto with mushrooms is different from the classic recipe, because I cook it for their individual taste preferences. But it turns incredibly delicious, fragrant and hearty. So, we need:
- mushrooms - 250 grams;
- Fig Round - 150 gram;
- white wine - 50 grams;
- the water (hot water) - 250-300 milligrams;
. - Salt - 1 tsp;
- Vegetable oil (odorless) - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- spices (coriander, pepper, Provencal herbs) - to taste.
How to cook risotto with mushrooms in a pan
The first thing to do is wash the mushrooms under running water. Cut into thin plates, or any other small pieces. Mushrooms lay on a heated pan with refined vegetable oils. Fry a little. Add the coriander, salt, Provence herbs and pepper to taste.
Mushrooms will allocate the liquid in which they should be put out on low heat. When the mushrooms will get a golden color, add the round grain rice.
Stir rice and mushrooms. Fry.
Add the wine and hot water. Cooking risotto under the lid closed on low heat for about twenty minutes.
During this time, rice will increase in volume, saturated with the aroma of spices, wine and mushrooms.
The finished risotto with mushrooms should be a little brew. Serve it in the form of heat in the portioned plate.
