Shawarma in a pita - a delicious oriental snack. Since the pita, you can simply buy in the supermarket or bread kiosk, our hostess quickly learned to prepare this dish at home. For this recipe, I use fresh veal, which was not frozen. That gives it a very interesting flavor notes, which hit the spot all the members of my family. First you need to make the stuffing. Fresh veal rinse under running water and cut into small pieces.
