How to cook buckwheat soup with meat
In order to get rich, delicious broth I use beef on the bone. You can also use pork, but first remove the pieces of fat and reduce the cooking time by half an hour. Vegetables should be cleaned and washed, and buckwheat to sort and wash.
First of all put the stew broth. Fill cold water and put beef included pan on the burner. Once on the surface will begin to gather foam, remove it with a spoon. When foaming ceases to be generated, reduce the temperature and boil over medium heat for 1, 5-2 hours. Periodically check the stock for the presence of foam or fat layer, which is also to be removed. Do not forget to throw in the pot the bay leaf and a few peas of black and allspice. If the bone is too large, when the broth is ready, you must remove them, and the broth through a sieve.
Cut the potatoes into cubes and send in the broth with salt.
