Baklava
The present Turkish baklava - a true nectar and ambrosia. It harmoniously combines nuts, spices and crunchy dough. Baklava is impregnated with a thick, fragrant syrup and transformed into a delightful oriental delicacy.
Ingredients:
100 g hazelnut
100 g of walnut
100 g of almond
100 g of pumpkin seeds (need not be added)
300 grams of sugar
1 pinch ground cloves
3 pinches ground cinnamon
100 g butter
500 g Puff pastry (ideally use phyllo dough)
Glaze: 1 tsp saffron (substitute turmeric).

Syrup:
50g sugar
75 ml of water
15 g of honey
7 ml lemon juice
7 ml of rose water (can not be added)

How to prepare:
- For baklava nuts and pumpkin seeds twice through a meat grinder or blender to kill, mix with sugar, cinnamon and cloves.

Ingredients:

0, 5, Art. peeled hazelnuts
2 hours. The orange extract spoon (need not be added)
