Fruit pudding of proteins: the recipe and how to cook
English pudding fruit juice steamed. The recipe is good that the juice with pulp can be made from any fruit in season. This means that the taste of the dessert will be different all the time and not get bored.
Preparation of fruit pudding on a pair of proteins
Proteins whisk until thick.
Gradually add powdered sugar, then - the juice with pulp.
The resultant mass was placed in a mold for pudding and boil water bath for about 45 minutes.
Ready dessert removed from the mold after cooled.
Preparation wine sauce
The yolks triturated with sugar, add starch, diluted with cold water. Add the warm white wine and bring to a boil over low heat, stirring occasionally.
Fruit pudding proteins are served with wine sauce.

proteins - 8 pieces, powdered sugar - 80g, fruit juice with pulp - 60 g.;
for the preparation of the sauce: yolk - 4 pcs, sugar - 100 g, -10 g of starch, white wine - 500 g.
