    Preparation:

In the non-stick frying pan without oil saute over medium heat, cut into small pieces of bacon until light brown, 3-4 minutes. Transfer to a plate and let cool.

Prepare the mashed potatoes (way to see the previous recipe). Add the egg yolk, not coarsely chopped green onions, fried bacon, flour, a little salt and still connect. Cut the cheese into small cubes, 1 cm. To alternately apply each piece of cheese sauce and form round beads with a diameter of 2-3 cm. In this case, the cheese must stay on center croquettes.

Whisk the egg with the milk. Each ball roll in flour, then obmoknite in egg mixture and roll in breadcrumbs.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the parties on all sides croquettes until golden brown on medium heat. Put in a bowl with a paper towel and allow to drain the remaining oil.
