2 pork sausages
1 large potato
1 medium onion
1 small pickled cucumber
Vegetable oil - for frying
Mustard sauce:
2 tbsp. l. mustard

1 clove of garlic
salt and pepper - to taste
How to prepare:
1. Potatoes are cut into strips and fry in 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.
Separately, fry the onions until golden brown.

A delicious hot dog with chicken fillet in crispy breading and cheese crust, flavored with a spicy tomato sauce. For a perfect balance is recommended served with fresh vegetables or a light salad.
CHICKEN RECIPE hotdog
It is necessary: (2 servings) 2 chicken fillets
2 buns for hotdogs
4 tbsp. l. breadcrumbs
a few leaves of parsley
zest of half a lemon
1 egg
100 g hard cheese (we used Parmesan)
Acute tomato sauce 150 g of cherry tomatoes
half of a small onion
1 clove of garlic

50 ml of apple juice or pineapple
olive oil - for frying
salt and pepper - to taste
How to prepare:
1. For the sauce chop the tomatoes. Onions and garlic finely chop.
2. In a frying pan heat the olive oil, add the onion and fry for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. Add the garlic and fry for 1 minute, then pour the tomatoes and stir.
4. After 1 minute, add the chilli, pepper and salt, pour the juice. Simmer over a low heat until thickened, about 10-15 minutes.
5. Preheat oven to 220 ° C or to prepare a grill.
6. Chicken fillet beat off (we did the reverse side of the blade).
