How to prepare: 1. For the sauce, mix the mayonnaise with the two kinds of mustard.

3. Boil eggs, cool and cut into circles. Salad "Iceberg" cut into large strips.

4. Chicken fillet lightly prisolit and fry in the remaining bacon fat after frying for 5 minutes on each side. Writing cool slightly and cut into slices.

5. Lubricate both sheets of lavash sauce and put in each slice of chicken. Pepper and salt.

6. Top with cheese slices, mugs leek and boiled egg.

How to prepare: 1. Pita lubricate half the butter and lightly salt.

We all know this dish. Garlic sauce: 2-3 cloves garlic
200 ml of corn oil (can be replaced by any other) 50 ml lemon juice
3 egg whites
salt - to taste
Filling: 400 grams of lean veal or beef
2 small onions
2 garlic cloves
red pepper - to taste
0, 5 h. L. ground cardamom
pinch of ground cinnamon
1 h. L. oregano
a pinch of nutmeg
5 Art. l. olive oil
salt - to taste
3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil - for greasing form
2 fresh leaf Lavash
iceberg lettuce or cabbage - to taste
some pickles
half red bulbs
4 for toasting slices of cheese (can replace conventional grated cheese)
How to prepare: 1. For the sauce, crush the garlic. Connect the crushed garlic, 4 tbsp. l. corn oil and 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice.

Start whisking using hand blender, gradually, a teaspoon, adding corn oil and 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice. When the oil will remain third, add the egg whites, the rest of the butter and lemon juice. Season with salt and beat for another minute. Ready sauce to put in the fridge for an hour.

2. For the filling meat cut into thin strips, mix with chopped onion half-rings, crushed garlic, add spices and oil, season with salt. Leave to marinate for a few hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
3. baking dish greased with vegetable oil. Put the marinated meat with onions. Close form meat foil and bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C. Then remove the foil and cook for a further 10-15 minutes.

If in the process the meat will dry out, add a little boiling water.

We offer you to diversify the usual menu of May holidays, and prepare our home kebab in pita bread. Combined with crunchy cabbage or iceberg lettuce, tasty olives or pickles you get the most delicious dish.

400 g of beef (can substitute lamb)
200 g of onion

red pepper, olives, iceberg lettuce, greens, tomato sauce - to decorate
How to prepare: 1. Meat chop cleaver or heavy knife, turning it into the stuffing.

The mass of carefully knead hands and fight off the bottom of a deep bowl. Stuffing should be smooth and uniform.
2. Finely chop the onion and lightly mash hands.

3. Add the onion to the meat and stir again vigorously.

Add spices, salt, and mix again.

Leave stuffing "rest" in a bowl, covered for about an hour.

4. Prepare skewers or wooden skewers: that they do not burn, moisten them with water.
5. Minced divided into equal parts and wet hands to form a 4 thick oval patties.

2 fresh leaf Lavash
4 small pieces of butter
200g frozen cherries (we took the frozen berry mix: cherry, red currant and blueberry)
4 tbsp. l. Sahara
200 g of mozzarella cheese (cheese can be used as the salt, and unleavened; also suitable curd)
lemon peel quarters
20 g butter - for frying
How to prepare: 1. Pita cut in half (you get 4 pieces) and grease with butter.
2. Put the frozen berries and sprinkle them with sugar.

3. On top put slices of mozzarella, sprinkle with lemon zest.

If desired, you can put on top of an additional small piece of butter.
4. Wrap the pita, bending the edges.
5. Melt in a pan a little butter and fry pitas for one minute on each side under the cover.

6. Serve immediately!
