Salad "Greek" with avocado

Roll "California" with avocado
A popular variation of the classic Japanese rolls, which include slices of ripe avocado. The dish is very bright and colorful with an unforgettable fresh taste.
It should be:
1 ripe avocados;
1 cucumber medium size;
Japanese soy mayonnaise;

How to prepare:
