Probably, many prepared breakfast is simple and rather rich dish of eggs, and every family has its own recipe of fried eggs with tomatoes. Without going too far from the classics, we offer a version of scrambled eggs with tomatoes in Israel, which is more or less close to the original.

In each case, the need for classic recipe Shakshuk you can adjust to fit your tastes, for example, instead of olive oil, you can use sunflower or vegetable and chilli replace dried and put out of need. Such a breakfast of eggs in a sauce of ripe tomatoes easily adapts to any need, at this dish becomes even tastier.

Dice onions and finely chopped hot pepper. Heat the oil on medium heat, lightly brown the chopped vegetables, until the onions are let go juice.
