cilantro

3 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil

pepper
sugar to taste
For the garnish:
400 g of potato
1/2 celery root
50-70 ml of milk
nutmeg
50 g butter
Salt to taste
How to cook fried fish with lentils, curry and ginger:
- Pre-fill the lentils with water and leave overnight. Cut into small cubes of shallot, half a celery root, leeks, carrots and peppers. Ginger rub on a small grater.
Boil the potatoes and celery. Drain, add milk, nutmeg and salt. Whisk until the state of the air puree. This can be done using a mixer or blender.
