Grilled vegetables in soy sauce

Ingredients:

How to cook grilled vegetables in soy sauce:

  1. First make the marinade for vegetables. Clean onion, finely chop, chop the garlic. Chili pepper remove seeds, cut.
  2. Place the peppers, onions and garlic in a bowl, add salt, pour the tomato juice, soy sauce, olive oil and fresh lemon juice, mix well.
