How to prepare a salad with mushrooms and nuts:

Potato salad with mushrooms


300 g of canned mushrooms

100 grams of green onion

2 potatoes

3 eggs

How to cook potato salad with mushrooms:

  1. Boil the potatoes in a "uniform", cool, peel and grate. Boil eggs, cool, peel and chop.
  2. Cut canned mushrooms, place them on a platter. Chop green onions, put it on the mushrooms, pour a small amount of mayonnaise.
  3. Put a layer of potatoes on it - the eggs that need to sprinkle with grated cheese. Pour the cheese with mayonnaise.
  4. The last layer - chopped sausage. Cover the salad plate on top and invert.

Salad of canned mushrooms with pineapple


200 g of canned mushrooms

200 g of chicken

2 sweet peppers

200 g of canned pineapple

200 g of smoked meats

40 g raisin

35 g of walnut kernels



How to prepare a salad of mushrooms and pineapples:

200 g of canned mushrooms

  1. Slice the mushrooms. Peel onion, chop finely, to bridge it with mushrooms. Clean the pepper and cut into thin strips.
  2. Finely chop the parsley. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Prepare the filling: Mix the vinegar, sunflower oil, pepper and salt, season with salad and serve the dish on the table.

Salad "Simple"


200 g Champignon

2 potatoes

1 onion

50 g cheese "Adam"

sprigs of dill

How to prepare salad "Simple":

  1. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces, fry them in sunflower oil. On another frying pan fry the finely chopped green onions, refrigerate.
  2. Boil the potatoes in a "uniform", cool, peel and cut into small cubes. Cook hard-boiled eggs, cool and cut into small pieces.
  3. Pickles cut into cubes. Cheese grate. Combine all ingredients, mix and season with mayonnaise.
