As is known, a wild hare meat before cooking, of course, need to marinate, otherwise, it will be tough. This time I want to share with the hosts of the step by step recipe for a very tasty stew made from vegetables and meat hare back, pre-soaked in a marinade of yogurt.

How to marinate the meat in yogurt hare
