Simple layered salad with crab sticks - how to prepare a salad with crab sticks, a step by step recipe photos

Puff salads are always very delicate, as each layer is impregnated with mayonnaise. Puff salad with crab sticks, even though quite unpretentious food is very tasty. It is easy to perform and will adorn any table: whether it be a reception or a lunch break. Structure:

Potatoes - 4 medium-sized tuber;

Crabsticks - 100 g;

Chicken Eggs - 3 pcs .;

Carrots - 2 medium root;

Mayonnaise - 100-150 gr.

Ready meals begin with potatoes and carrots. They should be properly washed, using a brush, boiled in their skins.

Boil the eggs.

1st layer: clean off the "uniform" and grate the potatoes, put in a salad bowl, soak the mayonnaise.

Layer 2nd: Crab sticks chop into small cubes, put in the grated potatoes, fluff with mayonnaise.

Layer 3rd: on a fine grater grated egg whites, fluff with mayonnaise.

Layer 4th: Again, grated potatoes, fluff with mayonnaise.

Layer 5th: boiled carrots, peeled and chopped on a fine grater, mayonnaise.

Layer 6: Finely crumbled egg yolks. Used for decoration and are not lubricated with mayonnaise.

The top of the salad to decorate with parsley.

Serve in a deep salad bowl or you can make a batch for each individual guest, as in the photo below.
