One of the pleasant memories of childhood - carrot cutlets, which are often given in kindergarten. Today I want to offer you a recipe with a photo, which will reveal to you step by step all the stages of cooking chops of boiled carrots with semolina.
How to cook chops carrots
Take 500 grams of beautiful orange root vegetables. Thoroughly wash out her brush and clean the peeler. Cut out all of the wormhole and the greenish top, if they are available.
