So, we need:
- egg white - 2 pieces;
- Sugar - Article 6. spoons;
- Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- banana - 1 piece;
- custard - 150 gram;
- nuts (walnuts I) - 75 grams;
- Vegetable oil (odorless) - for lubrication form;
- vanilla - on the tip of a knife.
How to cook a dessert of meringue at home
We begin to cook with sweet baking chocolate meringue. For this purpose, proteins whip until stable peaks, using a mixer. Pour the sugar and vanilla in the mixer.
The resulting foam mass should be flexible and keep the shape well. Pour the cocoa powder, stir paddle.
Silicone molds for dessert, choose a rectangular shape. Coat silicone mold sunflower or olive oil odorless. Oils should be very little. Sprinkle with sugar. Part of the chocolate protein mass lay out the form. Then, make the layer of nuts, so that they were inside, as a filling.
