Simple fish salad with rice and egg - how to cook fish salad with rice, a step by step recipe photos

In the previous recipe, I spoke as a salt mackerel in onion skins, and today, cook out of it delicious fish salad with rice and egg. I often cook it in the winter because it is rich in calories and, in winter, we need calories to keep warm. A detailed step by step recipe is accompanied by a photo taken, so you just follow all the instructions and cook with me.

The finished product for the salad:

• mackerel homemade - 1 carcass;
• rice - 100 g;
• boiled eggs - 2 pcs .;
• hard cheese - 30 g;
• mayonnaise and sour cream evenly - 150 g;
• black ground pepper;
• green onions - 2-3 pen;
• salt.

How to make a fish salad with rice and egg

To begin with, cook rice properly so that it have turned out crumbly and the rice grains do not stick together.

For this salad, I used a mackerel that pickled herself at home in onion skins. But you can use ready-made fish and smoked. Whatever you do not have mackerel, you still get a very tasty! And so, cut the fish and place it to the rice.
