Recently treated to an ostrich egg. It is not often used in home cooking, so I have a question - how to prepare it. Of course, I love the various innovations, but still a fan of the traditional food. Therefore, it was decided to prepare an omelet with sausage. I must say that I have not regretted that chose this dish. Scrambled eggs of ostrich eggs turned out like a big tasty casserole. For cooking, I use:
- 6 sausages and a little smoked sausages;
- 1 ostrich egg;
- green onion, pepper and salt.
How to cook an omelette of ostrich eggs
