French toast with egg and greens on a frying pan - how to make a toast with an egg for breakfast, a step by step recipe photos
Toasts are dried or toasted bread slices. It is a kind of hot sandwiches. There are lots of recipes for delicious, hearty toast. One of my favorite is toast with eggs. For the preparation of sandwiches, I usually try to take quail. Since these eggs are small, they are quite beneficial to look at a piece of bread or loaf. We need the following ingredients:
- slices of bread or loaf - 4 pieces;
- quail eggs - 4 pieces;
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
- Garlic - 1 clove;
- greens - for decoration;
- salt - to taste;
- black pepper - to taste.
How to cook toast with an egg in a frying pan
So, first we prepare the bread base. Cut a suitable piece of bread or loaf into slices. You can, of course, to take a ready-made sliced bread or loaf.
The surface of the pan quite a bit of grease with any vegetable oil. Put the slices of bread in the pan for frying.
On each side fry the slices until a light golden brown.
Now, each slice of toasted bread with one hand (can be from two) rub the cleaned garlic clove.
In a frying pan add the oil. Quickly split the pan quail eggs and fry them.
We spread roasted quail eggs to the prepared bread.
Decorate each piece of chopped fresh herbs. It can be just a small twig or leaf green, if you have parsley or cilantro.
