    Ingredients:

  • 500-600 grams of potatoes,
  • 400 mL chicken broth,
  • 450 ml of concentrated not sweet milk (cream can be replaced by 20%),
  • 1 tbsp. l. heaped flour
  • 50 g of butter,
  • 1 small onion,
  • 4 strips of bacon,
  • 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons finely chopped green onions,
  • Hard cheese,
  • salt, ground black pepper.

    Potato Soup Recipe

  1. In an oven, at 180 degrees, baked potato with skin until fully cooked, about 1 hr.
  2. Fry the bacon to a crisp, shift and move to the fat and cool. After the break up into small random pieces.
  3. In a pan melt the butter and fry the chopped onions over moderate heat until the onions soften and will not accept transparent color.
  4. Then, the contents of the pan to shift into a saucepan and add the flour, mix well. Gradually pour in the pan ready broth and milk, while stirring to avoid lumps formed.
  5. According to the cooked potatoes, peeled, divided into small pieces and send it to the broth. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and using the contents of the blender pots whip until a uniform consistency.
  6. Add salt, a little pepper, stir. Pour potato soup in the dishes for feeding. Sprinkle with grated cheese, fried bacon and herbs.
