Layered salad with chicken and mushrooms
As an option, we offer a festive and very original layered salad, where there is a chicken, mushrooms and carrots in Korean. So not a cunning way, it is possible with an accuracy to please absolutely everyone, because, among other things, a salad with mushrooms - this is an excellent appetizer, which adjusts to the holiday.

In the beginning you need to boil the chicken breast in broth with herbs or put out a pan. When you are ready to cool, cut into small pieces and put the bottom layer in a flat dish.
Top smear mayonnaise, about half a spoon and the second layer put sliced pickle mushrooms.

Also, the smear layer and evenly apply grated on a coarse grater boiled hard-boiled eggs.
