This dish is made from potatoes and cooked like in different countries. In Ukraine, they are called potato pancakes (Transcarpathia - kremzliki), Belarus - pancakes in Russia can be found unusual name kakorki. The recipes are very similar, are present only in minor differences. But in general - is a delicious hash browns from raw potatoes. Ingredients:
